I changed to a room in the older part of the hotel which was far more spacious and comfortable than the 'upgrade to a new executive' room that I was initially (and graciously) offered. The older room also had a nice bathtub in addition to a shower.

Absolutely fabulous views, delicious and scrumptious breakfast with hot food & continental and sandwiches, as for instance. Superbly friendly and amiable staff with one member of staff, functional double room.

The location is quiet, a 15-minute walk from the train station. There is a spacious restaurant around 10-15 minutes walk from hotel. The venue serves generous continental breakfast with beautiful view and also good gluten free options.

Spotlessly clean place & pleasant and amicable staff. Peaceful location a short walk to Rds. Found in a very nice part of the town. Fabulous units in a suitcase.

The Food was top class.
We did'nt like the fact that the cleaning Staff kept knocking on oour door from 8.30a.M., this happened at least 5 times and once she actually came into the room, our check out time was 12 noon, and we were there to relax., Also the price of the car park is a bit crazy, I have never been to any hotel where I was charged for the use of the car park once I was staying over night.

The kids particularly loved visiting Dublinia, where we all got to learn about Viking history together. The staff was friendly, and the cozy bar and lobby were perfect for unwinding with our little baby after a day out.
In my wife's opinion, the breakfast options for kids could improve. It would be great if the hotel could offer a kid-friendly menu to make mornings easier for families.

Friendly staff. Excellent location.
I was very disappointed with the hotel as a whole. After playing 200 euro for 1 night, breakfast was not included, neither was parking. The decor was dated. The double bed in the room was pretty small and there was not a decent tv either. Prices seem to have been inflated to take advantage of concert/match goers. I will not be staying here again.

Our stay was great! The bed was comfy, and the breakfast spread was amazing with clearly listed allergens, which was perfect for my dietary needs. We also loved the spacious room, perfect for a couple. Would definitely come back!

The family room was spacious and furnished nicely, with comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep. The check-in process was quite chaotic, with staff unable to find our reservation, leaving us stressed and confused. Dining service fell short, as no one took our drink orders for an extended period, and the buffet ran out of food, forcing us to settle for the remnants of cold dishes.

Was very comfortable
I did not like the fact that the price was hiked up exorbitantly because there was a concert nearby. I know hotels and airlines do this when demand rises but I think it is wrong because the product is still the same. If shops and pubs did this it would be deemed unfair practice.
